We cover all three, because ultimately people want to understand why they do what they do as well as how – and how to make it a livelihood. We encourage mentoring wherever possible… alumni contact us for support and advice years afterwards – they know if they are coming up against a problem, it’s probably something we’ve seen and figured out many times before.”
